Fight, flight or freeze are the three most basic stress responses. They reflect how your body will react to danger.
The fight response is your body’s way of facing any perceived threat aggressively.
Flight means your body urges you to run from danger.
Freeze is your body’s inability to move or act against a threat
However, life may also present us with certain situations that may not threaten us directly but indirectly. In such situations, we find ourselves in the 4th factor, that which resembles a stuck-up scenario.
the 4th factor of handling a situation, and that is suffocated survival, a stuck-up situation, where you endure the present moment and stop yourself from your natural instinct of fighting, fleeing, or freezing. Life often throws such curveballs our way, and we have to deal with it with acceptance, no matter how negative emotions it may give rise to.
